X-T3: Manual Exposure in Video Mode?????

Hello,

For the life of me, I can't figure out how put my X-T3 in manual exposure mode while in Video mode (no problem with still photos).  It's always at F/9, 30th sec, 200 ISO, regardless of what I set the aperture and ISO to.  It's always in A (auto) mode - see enclosed picture.

I've checked the manual, and on-line and I can't find any info on this.  I'm using it with a FujiFilm 35mm prime lens.

Am I missing something obvious?

You have Movie Silent Control set to on (you can tell by the little movie camera icon with SET in the bottom right of the screen) - turn it off in the Movie menu.
