SD card door issues

I got an XT5 a couple days ago and yesterday I noticed that every time that I grab the camera firmly there is a certian play and a squeaking sound coming from the SD card door. I noticed that when the SD card door its closed it seems that its not 100% flushed and if you push it inwards the door has a lot of play and makes that squeaking sound. My model is a black model and before getting this one I rented a silver one and I don't remember noticing anything like that. Has anybody have this issue? would this compromise the weather sealing?

I have a black X-T5 and looked closely at mine after reading this. I have no issues like you describe. You might consider a replacement from your retailer. Should be no problem since you just received it.
