no memory card in the slot (fujifilm XApp)

I just updated my X-T5 firmware to v2.0 and downloaded the new fujifilm XApp. I had no problem connecting to my camera, but when I try to download my pictures to my phone it shows me "No memory card in the slot, or no image in the memory card." and my memory card works fine. 

Does anyone else have the same problem?

And how can i fix it?

Hi, I had the same problem and apparently that happens when you shot on RAW. I changed to NORMAL (or NORMAL + RAW) and thats solved the problem.

 I only shoot in RAW at the moment, I'll definitely try it on normal and RAW.

I am now having the same issue with my X-T3. I was able to see my images in the  X app a couple of weeks ago,(all Raw files) and now I cannot. It says “No memory card in slot or no images on card” which is not the case. I have used different cards and get the same message. The other App functions work fine.
