differences per resolution and quality settings

Hi all,

I just upgraded my XT3 to an XT5. I was shocked by the size of jpeg files out of the camera.

I shoot street but I never print the content. In 70% of the time I shoot Jpeg, 30% raw.

Now my question is: How much quality I would loose If instead of using L 4:3 I move to M4:3 or S 4:3 ?

I understand the Super Fine -> Fine -> Normal quality relation. What I am not sure will happen is the resolution change.
