Help: Shutter hesitation X-H1

Hello, just got the Fuji X-H1 w/ 16-55mm 2.8. When I press the shutter button to focus then release, the LCD and  EVF flicker. Occurs only in AF-S and AF-C focus mode. Manual focus ok. Happens most when lens is stopped down. I noticed, see video, shutter hesitation when opening back up. If you have an X-H1 w/ this or other lens can you check if yours does the same ?  Trying determine if normal or return camera & lens.
