I use Capture One......some say it has better results with Fuji RAW files than Adobe; however, I've never used Adobe and can't compare. I like Capture One; easy to use, a lot of tutorials available, and I'm happy with the results. The sky replacement function in Adobe has me thinking about switching though. Capture One's AI select is just OK at selecting sky, depends on how much landscaping you want to do.
