teleconverter settings accidentally disabled - please help!

i seem to have somehow disabled the zoom setting default from the focus ring on my x100v

have located the setting in 'button dial - control ring setting' - and set it to 'teleconverter' but still it won't zoom

figured i have something else switched on or overriding it? (it's not set on manual focus in case that was anyone's first thought!)

can't seem to find any youtube vids to help which is really unusual as their are several billion of them on everything else - especially focus!

any help greatly appreciated thanks

Are you shooting RAW? I don’t believe the digital teleconverter is available when using RAW.

I also believe it doesn’t work if change drive to continuous shooting mode.
