I'm thinking about getting a raynox dcr 250 since I can't afford to buy a true macro lens. I own fuji 16mm f1.4 and 35mm f1.4 lenses. Will they be able to properly focus with raynox and get me some nice macro shots? Or better save my money?

I could be wrong but I don’t think you’ll get much magnification with those lenses. My Raynox 250 seems to work much better with at least a 100mm lens behind it, and 200-300mm would be even better.
