Fuji xt30 2, good for festival photography?

Hello everyone, first of all i am new to this forum and i want to start casual photography and photographing festivals later down the road. (Im a complete rookie) 
 

i was looking to buy myself a fuji tx30 2 would this be a good starter for casual and festival photography? Or are there other options i should look at ?

I know that does not narrow things down, but take a closer look at them all, maybe the promo stuff will help you decide which directions you want to go toward.
