Cant change the shutter or aperture with front n back dials

Hi folks

I'm trying to be a genius and setup the Q menu and MY / Photo and Video sections.

Along the way I now can't change the shutter or aperture settings with the dials. It's got me stumped hence why I'm here.

I've got the 18-55 XF zoom on the camera.

Can someone tell me how to get these settings back pls.

It is possible to set them to “off” or “none” in the settings menu.

Scroll down to the section for the command dial settings, you might be able to reset them to something more useful..
