XT 5 L bracket

Recommended Posts

I m looking for a low profile L bracket for my XT5.  Any ideas?

The L brackets listing on eBay are comes with a extended hand grip, which is not for my taste. All I want is a sample quick release bracket with the battery access.

Happy Holidays to you all.

Sunwayfoto makes one https://sunwayfoto-store.com/products/pfl-xt5-l-bracket-for-fujifilm-x-t5-arca-swiss-quick-release-l-plate

SmallRig also has one and it's available to order from eBay.com https://www.ebay.com/itm/295314548925

Just be aware that both are shipped from China.  The latter has a delivery estimates of March :(  The former might delivered in a more reasonable time, but as SunwayFoto mentions on their web site, the Chinese Spring Festival may delay shipments.

There is also Really Right Stuff, but that is pre-order only and quite expensive at $225.

At some point, I'm sure the SunwayFoto bracket will be available on Amazon.com.  I have a number of rails and pano clamps from them that I ordered on Amazon to build my Pano rig.

Hi All,

I just made a purchase through AliExpress.https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256804815855408.html?spm=a2g0o.order_detail.order_detail_item.3.52dbf19cHWUNSl&gatewayAdapt=glo2usa&_randl_shipto=US

The price is good and it is exactly what I want. I don't feel like to get the extra hand grip to make my camera bigger. That's the point to get an expensive APS-C camera, right? I shoot most landscape and like to pack light to hike.

I m not sure why the seller needs to take WEEKS to ship that little thing... will keep you all posted if I have received it. Fingers crossed.

I purchased one from this guy at :

https://www.ebay.com/itm/SmallRig-Arca-Swiss-L-Bracket-for-FUJIFILM-X-T5-Mirrorless-Camera-Black-4137/125592497931?pageci=d76a2f52-6fe4-4b25-a913-245b402155fe&epid=22057461559&redirect=mobile

He is saying March 4th for delivery, which is about the month it took me to get mine. The New Years festival doesn't help. SmallRig has been saying "Available Soon" since the XT5 release.

I like mine. I think it is well made. Really like the pop-out side bracket.

I have the JJC and Smallrig, have to say Smallrig is much better than JJC (the grip is too thicker ), unless you prefer a hard metal grip. I think Fuji's and Smallrig are best options.

For smallrig plate, you may have to grate the edge where the bottom of your hand rest for it to feel like the camera body edge.

I have the SmallRig that I bought in Dec. and it has been my best L-bracket for any of my cameras. The side bracket has an about one inch movement and it is easy to manipulate it. It enhances the camera and the grip of the camera.

Hi All,

The L-Bracket I brought from Aliexpress is pretty good. The side bracket is adjustable and removable.

I love it.

This is the equivalent of 43 minutes, 40 seconds of exposure. NGC 1502 is a neat little cluster located in the Camelopardalis Constellation. This region of space was thought to be fairly empty by early astronomers, but as you can see, there is a lot there. Kemble's Cascade (a.k.a. Kemble 1) is named for Father Lucian Kemble, a Canadian Franciscan friar who wrote about it to Walter Scott Houston, an author for the Sky And Telescope magazine. Houston named the asterism for Fr. Kemble and the name "stuck". NGC 1501 is the Oyster Nebula. A longer focal length telescope is needed to bring this one into good viewing, but it is well worth the effort. • Looking for input; there are some decent deals and might want to take advantage to expand my lenses for my 100s already own: 110/2 32-64 35-70 100-200 + TC   Shooting mostly family shots, bringing my kit to capture family outings indoors and out. Tracking the 63/43 effective FLs on the two, but has anybody used both? Would the 55 (covered by two zooms right now) be redundant? Would the 80 be too similar in character to my 110 for portraiture?
    • See what I mean? Two instantaneous ads. Worthless.
    • What's the deal Fuji X Forum? I'm noticing there are seldom replies to any topics - except for advertisements posted as replies. Really lame. Anyone else noticing the only reply they receive to a question is an advert?  🤠 fotomatt in Colorado
