Can't seem to manual focus while shooting 4k video!!!!

So recently I updated my X-T4 to the latest firmware, and now I can't seem to use manual focus while shooting 4K video! This is driving me crazy, and it's happening with my other X-T3 cameras as well. Not sure what's going on, but I think it's the firmware. Anybody else has this issue?
