Storing delay

This was the answer for me. I have had issues with this dial…as in bumping it unintentionally and suddenly it’s storing (like this) or bursting (another time). Yes, I should know my settings but when you’re grabbing your camera for a quick shot it would be great if it came out of the case with the same settings it went into it with.

If you're shooting in single shot you can tell whether its a slow card or clarity:

- a slow card won't prevent you from taking further shots (images are buffered during the card write)

- clarity will block further shots until the processing is complete (and will show a Storing message on the screen).

For continuous bursts the card speed is more important (as the buffer can be filled) but you can't use Clarity in a continuous burst.
