Can you dial a Shutter Speed Under 1/30 for VIDEO on FUJI X Series (for Artistic Effect) ?

Does anyone know whether the XT4 / XH2S / XH2 or other Fuji X Cameras allow one to go under 1/30s in VIDEO mode?

i want to use a Shutter Speed of 1/10s or even lower for example, which will create trails/blurs that I need for an artistic shoot.

The XT3 and my XS10 do not allow me to go underneath 1/30s.

Any help would be much appreciated!

(As mentioned, this is for Artistic Effects, I already know Frame Rate/Shutter Speed standards.)

hey i also own the x s10 and i want that slow  shutter effect so bad, but i cant find a solution
