Fujifilm X-T3 genuine ?

All my life shotted with Sony but decided that it was time for a change so I just bought an used Fujifilm X-T3 in Portugal. My question is why does it says INDIA on the regulamentary tab on the menu, did in fact came from Índia ? Are there any falsifications of Fuji cameras ?

Second question: in low light, in certain situations, using mechanical shutter and shutter speeds faster than 250x some "banding" effect as shown on the picture appears as of the shutter is not syncd. Is it something wrong with the camera or just the user error because of low light ?
