fuji xt4 not save photometry to raw file

when I take photo it show photometry normally but in viewer mode it always show ±0 

how to fix this ?

Recently I test with A and M (auto ISO) mode with turn exposure compensation dial to +1, Photo in viewer mode show exposure +1
