Read Error for SD Card- Fujifilm XT4 - I reformatted both SD cards and still not working

Hi there, 

So I have a Fujifilm XT4- I have a read error that popped up maybe 4 days ago or so now. It's frustrating bc I can't shoot video on my camera. 5 seconds into shooting... the video stops and it says "Read Error". How do I fix this? I already reformatted the SD cards (both of them) like 2 times each. What gives?

Welcome to our forum. Did you reformat the cards inside the camera?

And do you get the problem writing to both of the cards? And both of the card slots?
