Acros simulation and ISO

Recommended Posts

simulation of any film only ever describes the fact it would look alike that film.

In theory you could have done this yourself even before this “ preset” existed by manipulating a raw.

There is no other relation to a preset having the name of a film type, the resolution of the sensor is not improved because the processor simulates the rendering and dynamic range of a film.

Cameras could simulate films with only 25 ISO but for that you don’t need the minimum sensitivity to match the one of the film.
