SOLVED Image quality settings on X-T30 ii - can't access page 2

Hi there! I just bought myself an X-T30 ii. I'm a complete noob, so please forgive me my noob question which is: When I go into the image quality settings and move down the menu, it skips from page 1 (which has "Color chrome FX blue" as the last item) and goes straight to page 3 (starting with "Long exposure NR" as the first item). The top corner of page 3 says "3/3". How do I access page 2 which I think should have items such as white balance, color, sharpness, etc? Is there a different setting elsewhere that I should have enabled that would then allow me to access page 2? Any help you can give me would be really appreciated. Thank you!

Welcome. The title states SOLVED. How did you solve your problem?

Turns out the camera was set to 'auto'. Once I took it off auto, the page appeared. And thank you for the welcome!
