auto iso in video keeps changing

Auto iso in video keeps changing iso, ruining the footage. Camera was on a tripod in a church when people hardly moved and with constant light, but the video was getting lighter and darker. I noticed it during outside too when did some video outdoor too. Any option rather than put it to say iso 160 as outdoor when sunny and cloudy you would need auto iso to compensate when the sun goes behind the clouds.

This is a known issue with multiple Fuji cameras. There are a few things you can do:

- make sure you have the latest firmware as for some models Fuji partly fixed it (but not eliminated it);

- don't use spot metering but use multi- or average metering;

- be careful with zooming in/out as it can change the overall exposure;

- set ISO to a fixed setting (manual ISO) and vary exposure using aperture or a variable ND filter.
