I use Capture One......some say it has better results with Fuji RAW files than Adobe; however, I've never used Adobe and can't compare. I like Capture One; easy to use, a lot of tutorials available, and I'm happy with the results. The sky replacement function in Adobe has me thinking about switching though. Capture One's AI select is just OK at selecting sky, depends on how much landscaping you want to do. -
I personally have a subscription with Adobe Lightroom, which includes Photoshop. I don't tend to do a huge amount of editing, however i do also have installed on my laptop Fuji X Raw Studio which is very good, particularly with regards to Fujifilm film simulations, and you can store custom recipes on there too. Another fairly basic one which i still have is Raw File Converter EX 3, by SILKYPIX. I cannot remember where exactly i got it from, but if you put it in a search engine it should come up, it allows you to do basic editing, cropping etc, and has the Fujifilm film simulations too.

There is also Raw Power and the newer Nitro from 'gentlemen coders’ Nitro/Raw Power on Mac - that is if you are on Mac. If on Windows or Mac, Affinity is a great program too, but more complex than wither Nitro or Raw Power.
