Advice on Menu Settings for Landscape shooting?

Hi All

Fuji newbie here.  I picked up a 50R and am having trouble translating my decades of Nikon speak into the menu settings on the Fuji.  Can anyone point me toward menu/control settings guide for the 50R?  There isn't a lot that's GFX specific on YouTube (and I always wonder about the sources) are the X system settings close to the GFX?  I'm working my way through the manual, but I'd like to take it out to shoot....

I haven't got my 50R yet but I'd try manual shutter speed and aperture at 100 iso. Do a white balance.

 

set ISO to 12800-100 then select 100

maybe set WHITE BALANCE to AUTO

set FILM SIMULATION to PROVIA/STANDARD

actually start reading at page 55 in the manual ....  that page shows how to fire off a shot in Mode P Program AE

(what are the settings right out of the box? Fire off a shot using those settings)
