Camera Remote out of the blue doesn't connect anymore to my XT2

Hello,

I hadn't transferred photos in the last 3 months but before i was doing almost every day and the app was working. Now, although both the firmwares of the camera and the app are both apparently updated, when i try to connect them although initially they seem to connect normally after a while the app of the phone disconnects from the camera. Wireless communication is on, the camera recognises my phone, and my phone has the localization enabled. What else it may be? The only difference tan before is that i changed house and network, but still i can't see reason why it should not work.

delete pairing from camera , then uninstall the app from phone and then reinstall the app and pair again from start , i heard it worked for others !. i hope this helps . have a nice day !
