10 month old X-Pro 3 won't turn on

Bought my X-Pro 3 from B & H last November (2019). I haven't even taken it out from the house all this time, so no photo shoots. I rarely power it up. 

Still on the 1st battery, but a couple weeks ago, I powered it on just to check the status, and it flashed low battery icon, then shut off by itself. 

I plugged it in last night to charge (odd, that the charge light is green? Thought it would be red until completely charged). Today, the camera wont power on.

I tried the trick where you remove the battery while the power switch is on, then put the battery back in, but no luck there. 

 

Dead circuit board? How does a camera crap out when it is never used? 

Does anyone have any suggestions, other than shipping it in? Do battery chargers work better than the USB cable route?

Any update on this issue? My xpro3 was purchased earlier this year, still under warranty. But I cannot turn it on at all. After a shoot last Saturday, I left it on its shelf and picked it up to shoot this morning: totally unresponsive. Tried 4 different Fuji batteries all charged. No luck. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Why do people not bring the camera back to the seller claiming the warranty instead of running to a forum, create an account and post their issue with the camera?

If one of my cameras would break within the warranty period I would immediately bring / send it for exchange or repair.

      This is the equivalent of 43 minutes, 40 seconds of exposure. NGC 1502 is a neat little cluster located in the Camelopardalis Constellation. This region of space was thought to be fairly empty by early astronomers, but as you can see, there is a lot there. Kemble's Cascade (a.k.a. Kemble 1) is named for Father Lucian Kemble, a Canadian Franciscan friar who wrote about it to Walter Scott Houston, an author for the Sky And Telescope magazine. Houston named the asterism for Fr. Kemble and the name "stuck". NGC 1501 is the Oyster Nebula. A longer focal length telescope is needed to bring this one into good viewing, but it is well worth the effort.       Looking for input; there are some decent deals and might want to take advantage to expand my lenses for my 100s already own: 110/2 32-64 35-70 100-200 + TC   Shooting mostly family shots, bringing my kit to capture family outings indoors and out. Tracking the 63/43 effective FLs on the two, but has anybody used both? Would the 55 (covered by two zooms right now) be redundant? Would the 80 be too similar in character to my 110 for portraiture?

      What's the deal Fuji X Forum? I'm noticing there are seldom replies to any topics - except for advertisements posted as replies. Really lame. Anyone else noticing the only reply they receive to a question is an advert?  🤠 fotomatt in Colorado
