Front dial don’t work for aperture

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone, i recently bought my first fuji, the x-e3 and I’m trying to understand how it works.
Working in full manual mode I want to change my aperture with the dial on the front, switching from ISO to aperture and then moving the dial to change aperture. However when I push the front dial and I switch to aperture control, moving the dial Nothing change and the aperture number stay the same whereas when I use it for ISO it works.. could you help me please?

PS: I’m working with the 18-55 lens with aperture set in manual mode

I just purchased a used Xpro 2 from a reputable vendor - can not get either command dial to adjust aperture. Either will adjust shutter speed. Can't find any reason why it would not work unless there is some command that disables that. Have tried setting the lens to auto and not. Thoughts please
