Shutter speed "T" setting fixed on 100

The time function will not adjust from 100. Every other aspect of this camera works fine. I have followed the directions carefully, set to "T" and rotate the rear command dial to adjust time. I can use the bulb function with cable release but at times the T function is very nice to have.

Any thoughts or better yet a solution!

You probably don't have the dial set up to change shutter speed.

Press and hold the front dial and make sure one of the dials is set to change shutter speed.
