X-T20 and X-T30 - time lapse electronic shutter

Do these models support time-lapse photography with the electronic shutter?
Will the shutter speed of 20-30 seconds in mode time-lapse and shooting in RAW be supported with the electronic shutter?
And doesn’t the shutter wear out at the same time, that is, a resource conditionally of 100-150 thousand is not spent?
I plan to shoot star time lapses.

RAW storage is not affected by using electronic or mechanical shutter type, electronic shutter operates by turning the sensor on or off.
