I moved to Fujifilm X-e3 after a wonderful experience with the X-E2, that received so many useful firmware updates, feeling I had a completely renewed camera.

However, It's been a couple of years now since I bought the X-E3 and two major issues where not amended, even though I reported them to Fujifilm Thailand:

1) White balance cannot be properly done in video mode. You cannot shot a white board unless you switch to photo, and then return to Video mode
2) No button can be assigned to start video recording or at least, switch to video mode
Note: Both features are available with previous model X-E2

Patrick, if you have any info about this, please let me know and if possible, report this to Fujifilm.
Any tips from other users to trick this, will be welcome!
