has anyone encountered a transferred photo from camera to iPhone with the photo not being in the right position? for example

 

if the photo was taken horizontal and it will download on to the iPhone as vertical? if you try to adjust the position then half the picture is grey? 

 

this has happened to me multiple times on different occasions. is it an issue with the app? or the camera? any insight in appreciated.

 

fyi im using the xt20
