I'm looking for a new travel tripod for my X-T1. I've been looking at Manfrotto BeeFree Carbon,Manfrotto 190GO Carbon, Sirui T-2205X+G-20X and the Benro Travel Angel FTA18CV0. I do not which one of these are the best. I have a Manfrotto tripod now, but its too heavy. I would like carbon due to more stability when I take long exposure seascape photos, but I do not know how much greater the carbon tripods are for this when they are as short as my selection is. I need a new tripod for long hikes, airplane travels etc...

Hello Fuji users, i have to buy a new tripod for my X-E1 (actually have a Manfrotto Compact Light) with 18-55 lens. I read very good feedbacks about Genesis tripods. Plus they have great price with high quality! Anyone use them and can recommand them? My choice is the A3 kit that have BH--34 ball head, the attachment is Arca-swiss type. Budget around 100-150 Euros. -
I all, I am searching for a good tripod to use with my X-T1. I don't need something too big and heavy since I am not planning to buy and use lenses bulky as the 50-140mm. Instead I'm searching for a tripod to carry on long trips in the nature, one that can be placed close to the ground and lets say up to 1.50m I would like to hear opinions and experiences of other X-shooters. cheers

What does everyone use as a light, easy to travel with tripod with the X-T1? The two I am currently looking at are the Platypod Pro and a Gorillapod. What do you all recommend?
