Conditions: XT-2 firmware 4.40, battery grip, Godox V860 and remote, tethered to Lightroom Classic v13.1 through Fujifilm app, Macbook Pro Ventura 13.6. The camera has started to "hang" after a few shots. By this I mean that the screen goes grey and the camera won't turn off or on. I've tried re-setting the firmware but that doesn't appear to make a difference. The problem appears to be related to when I'm using the flash. It doesn't arise with the same variables but using studio lights. To restart the camera, I had to remove the battery from the camera. After a few shots, the camera hung again. Finally I had to disconnect the camera from the laptop and remove the battery grip. I'd appreciate any thoughts or suggestions on how to resolve this. Thanks in advance, Bronwyn

Hi, my Lightroom (5.7) plugin worked well until the PC upgrade to Windows 10. The camera is not recognized when connected to USB and even freezes. Has anybody met same problem with X-T1 tethering? thanks. Jan

I recently purchased the Fujifilm Tether Shooting Plug-in for Mac, from Adobe website, redirecting to fujifilm website for downloading. Problem is that the download file is .exe, which obviously don´t work on Mac. I can´t find the download for mac, even though it says that the download is for mac. Adobe custum service sucks! Can´t get in contact thorugh chat, so I desperately ask you guys if you know what to do. The plug-in file is called FUJI_PLUGIN.pkg. http://www.fujifilm.com/support/digital_cameras/software/hsv5/plugin_01/ http://www.fujifilm.com/support/digital_cameras/software/hsv5/plugin_01/download.html Kind reagards Leidolv

Hoping for fujifilm to release tethered shooting for xt-30 soon, for allowing it to use it as a webcam, since webcam mode isn't working. xs-10 was having the same issue which has been fixed by fujifilm 2 days ago through a firmware update, which brought the tethered shooting ability to xs-10 and thus enabling it be used properly as a webcam. since webcam functionality is much needed in today's work lifestyle , really hope that fujifilm address this issue of xt-30, same way they addressed xs-10 , by adding functionality !. so everyone who has xt-30, let's sent feedback to fujifilm, directly or by commenting in the webcam thread in the "xt-30" pages, like we were commenting in xs-10 pages. since fujifilm care about feedback, thus hoping that they will address this quickly. have a nice day !.

Hi Everyone! I have a Fuji XT-30 and I am looking to tether my camera to my Mac to be able to utilize Lightroom. I have found this wonderful software called "FUJIFILM X Acquire" but I am unable to get it to work. I can backup my settings on my camera to my Mac but I cannot specify a "Destination Folder" it is greyed out. I also do not have the option on my XT-30 in my SET UP > CONNECTION SETTINGS > CONNECTION MODE to select any tethered options. I only have: USB CARD READER USB MOVIE SHOOTING AUTO USB MOVIE SHOOTING FIXED USB RAW CONV. /BACKUP RESTORE I was wondering if any of your have utilized this setup or if there is alternate software i should be using. Also, I was wondering if i should be connecting via Micro HDMI port or the USB C port on the XT-30? Any help will be greatly appreciated! Currently on: macOS Catalina 10.15.5 FujiFilm Firmware Version: 1.20
