  1. I just want to ask. Is it normal to shoot with shutter speed 1/60 and iso 10.000. Cuz when I lower the iso the photo gonna be dark. Or is it something wrong with my camera
  2. Hi, I've just been on vacation and took my camera with me, during my trip I noticed that my camera started over exposing my shots in a bad way. Even though the light meter indicated that the photo was correctly exposed the photo would come out completely white. After further tests I realised the problem appeared to be on shutter speeds over 500. Thankfully I switch to the electronic shutter and this worked fine allowing me to keep taking photos for the rest of the trip. Having recently come back I also noticed that the camera fails to trigger my flash when directly connected or via a Cactus trigger. I'm going to contact Fuji tomorrow but I'm interested if anyone else has experienced or heard of these problems? Thanks, Steve
  3. Hello, My shutter has been stuck at 1/500 and I can't change it. I can move the shutter wheel, but shutter in camera doesn't do anything. I have been trying rotating wheel in front but that doesn't help. Anyone got any experience with this ? thanks.
  4. Hi guys, I'm new in the forum. Have had an x100s for almost 4 years and I always loved it. It has always been my travel camera. But I always found a limitation to it and I thought bigger and more professional Fuji cameras wouldn't have it. For my professional work (fashion/advertising/food photography) I was using a nikon D800e (always been a nikon photographer, until my x100s made me think about it). Recently, I traded my nikon gear (body and three lenses) for a Fuji xt1 gear with a friend (two bodies, three lenses). NOW, I find something majorly dissapointing: I need the shutter button to hold a focus lock when kept half pressed after the first shot. further explanation? I focus on a subject with a half press of the shutter (most cameras in the world will give you a beep sound to check that focus was acquired, something else I'm missing in the Fuji) and then I either recompose or just stay with the same framing, but I continue pressing the shutter many times to get many shots, always lifting my finger enough for the new shot, but not so far to unpress completely. So I keep the Half-press and the focus stays locked in the first setting (the first time I pressed)... Xt1 fails to do this and the only solution I've found so far is to use the Back Button AF-L. This could work, but why use two buttons when it could be just one (and it could have a beep for focus acquisition). Does this bother anyone else? Also, lastly, anyone knows if the xt2 or the xpro2 behave the same way? According to this video xpro2 has a system like I want, but can someone confirm this? Cause if its like this, I'm switching one xt1 to the xpro2. Xt2 maybe too? Thanks guys, and I really hope this could appear in the future in firmware updates. 5. Hello there, as I use my X70 mainly for street phtography I often shoot in continuous low mode. After a short day of shooting I've easily done 3000+ exposures. For how many releases was the X70's shutter designed? Thanks for your information & best regards, Manfred
  6. today while shooting, my xt3 had a shutter delay, it did nothing when i pressed the shutter, but only took a shot when i released the shutter, it only happened twice, and im using some vintage manual focus lenses so no focus/release priorities, any clue?
  7. How do I set my xt20 so I can hold it halfway and adjust the focus? Also, the shutter is so sensitive that I end up taking pictures when I turn the camera on and off. Am I doing something wrong in my settings? thanks mary
  8. I Just got a Fuji X-T3 from Amazon Warehouse deals, and the button feels off... I used a X-T1 and have a X-t2 and they both feel very different to the X-T3. I made a video to ask if this is how the X-T3 works or if I got a "faulty" unit.
  9. Hi there. I wonder if someone had a mechanical shutter failure in his or her X-T1 ? Mine is ok for now but im curious for how long it will be alive. Greetings
  10. Hi All! I am an owner of a X-H2 and some xf lenses an in passion with photography since many years. I tried out to go beyond 1/8000s in all configuration but it does not work. It ends at 1/8000s and the ES doesn‘t activate and jumps beyond. If I‘m using the ES online, it works like described. Using the X-T3 for example with same settings it works only with setting „T“ on the Shutter Speed Dail. OK, most problems occoure behind the camera body 🤣, so what am I doing wrong? Thnx!!!!🙏 Regards, Sascha
  11. Hi. My lovely X-E3 has a problem. Sometimes when I press the shutter (fully press it, to take a photo!) there is a significant delay before the shutter fires. A delay of around 1.5 seconds. Enough to miss the shot, should my subject happen to be on the move. I am using mostly the 18mm f/2. I have tested the lens on a borrowed X-Pro1 and it works 100% - so it's not the lens. I think the problem happens around 25% of the time, enough to be very annoying. Has anyone else experienced something like this before? If so, what did you do about it? Thanks.
