I'm probably the very last person in the world to figure it out but I was very happy to find that Adobe color/camera profiles (.dcp) and lens correction profiles (.lcp) seem to work great in Iridient Developer. I downloaded the Classic Chrome profile for the X-E1 from this forum and it did a pretty good job giving me that film simulation. I used the Adobe Lens Profile Downloader to download a correction profile for the Rokinon 12mm F2 which also worked quite well! (This particular profile corrected distortion - I still had to correct chromatic aberration manually.) Iridient Developer isn't the best documented or widely used bit of software out there, so I thought I'd mention it in case others were wondering. This is almost as good as when I found that the metal hood from the 35/1.4 fits the 60/2.4 - the 60 handles very nicely that way! The native hood for the 60 is very impressive but a bit of overkill in my estimation. (Note: I have no commercial interest in Iridient Digital.) Regards, Max_Elmar

Hey All, ON1 just released a major update to Photo Raw 2017 which includes lots of useful features for Fuji X users. Here is my review with a special emphasis on Fuji including the new lens corrections and improved X-Trans processing and other good stuff for us Fujifilm users. Let me know if you read it and what you think. I'm talking with them soon to provide feedback and they have a track record of listening so lemme know! Joel

This is a technical issue that is driving me nuts! I'm an X-Pro2 user with CS6 editing. RAFs are converted to DNG. I've never had problems with ACR opening up DNGs using Adobe Standard Camera Profile. I've just bought the GFX50R and so upgraded ACR to 9.1.1 (latest for CS6) and version 11.1 Adobe DNG Converter Conversions and opening in ACR work fine but the Camera Profile has just the one option "Camera Acros" i.e. the RAWS open in b&w I'm aware of the file path where the profiles are stored but how can I get the "Adobe Standard" profile back up and running. This is an issue confined to my Fuji i.e. my CANON 5D MKiii is unaffected. Medium term, is it possible that my RAWs will open in the same film simulation as the JPEG i.e. Astia, Velvia etc. - I understand I will have to upgrade to CC for this. Any tips from fellow Fujiholics would be gratefully received! Latest: 10th Feb - I know this issue has affected other Fuji users. Enough time wasted - my quick Solution? I've now moved from ACR to Capture One - problem solved, plus they have all the film simulations. TOPIC CLOSED
