As a cosplay photographer, portability was a key part in switching over to the Fujifilm mirrorless system. With my other photographer friends carrying their heavy SLR gear around the convention, I can easily fit 4 lens and 2 flashes in my camera bag and not worry about weight. Carrying your gear all day can wear you down towards the end of the day, where sometimes you need to remain focus on your work and client. The gear I usually bring with me is my X-pro 1 with the 23mm and 56mm lenses and a Westcott 26" rapid soft box with a Yongnuo speedlite.
