  1. I am reposting this from another x forum as I am hoping Fuji will see this if no one has already requested: I love the auto focus - it's terrific- but, I feel TOO fast for cinematic-like focus pulls when one operator / cinephotographer is shooting moving picture work. It's a dead giveaway it's on auto, with one operator. I would like to make a feature request in a firmware update for two additional slower modes for continuous auto focusing: Just "slower" and "slowest" or maybe "cine", and thin slowest called something like "slow". The current snappy pull simply does not look like a typical focus pull for a filmmaker. It is set up for snap pulls- which can work for action - but optimized for stills work, less so for motion. Adding these options would be a huge benefit to single-person run and gun operators , eg those who shoot short film, documentary etc, and automagically also enable the operator to better adjust framing on the fly to help ensure the focus pull locks onto the intended target . . . . Adding this feature, plus FLOG to the SD card (PLEASE try to keep it 4:2:2!) would make the X-T2 KILLER. LOVING the XT2 so far. Richard
  2. I have always hold the thought that the H2 should be more free to be larger to support higher end ports like a full HDMI port, and seeing the C70 have mini XLR ports for audio. At first with the smaller XPSC sensor I thought the XC10 style body (without the built in lens) will be very suitable option as well. A rotating grip that benefits a video shooter, still large enough to add internal ND filters and maybe still enough space for the ports mentioned before. Seeing the XT4 got larger and moved in the direction of the "perfect" hybrid camera that can do both photo and video, even though the only thing left is to have an even larger grip that the X-H series cameras have as an advantage over the X-T line. This is not enough and I still think the move on the XT4 makes the possibility of the X-H series to move higher in to cinema realm. (fan, no over heating, unlimited recording) MAYBE the C70 is over kill and too large for an ASPC sensor so do consider the XC10 size comparison here https://camerasize.com/compact/#615,772,ha,f that the size doesnt really increase that much but gain many more benefits with the ports once again. (Its not as wide but its definitely going to be a longer body for sure) Do not im not thinking of the exact same body but just a similar theme of larger body to have room for a more capable video camera.
  3. Hi Guys. I just have one 75 mm lens for fuji. For my needs (video + landscape photos) I want one more ultra-wide lens: 7Artisans 25mm T1.05 APSC CINE Wait for Future Tamron's 11-20mm F2.8 A noob question, but how do Cine lenses compare to regular lenses in still photography? I know that focus will be manual and it doesn't bother me, but what about IQ and sharpness? Thank you in advance
