Fuji X Secrets Ultimate in Phuket (Thailand) from Nov. 12 – Nov. 19, 2016 Fuji X Secrets Ultimate is a unique workshop experience for Fujifilm X-series enthusiasts from all around the world. This workshop will be conducted by Fuji „X-Pert“ Rico Pfirstinger in English and takes place from Nov. 12 - Nov. 19. A second workshop from Nov. 19 - Nov. 26 will be available in German. We have rented one of Phuket's nicest villas exclusively for our small group of delegates and their respective guests – a beautiful place where we, a fellowship of like-minded X enthusiasts, will have ample space for photo shoots, training lessons and informal discussions. It’s a place where we can not only learn from each other, but also relax, enjoy great food, refresh in the infinity pool, sip a cocktail at the bar or simply have a great time. In addition to daily seminar segments, we will also offer daily photo excursions in and around Phuket in cars and drivers that belong to our villa. As you may know, we have an official forum meeting with members of the German Fuji X Forum at this year's photokina on Saturday, 24NOV at 1 PM. There will be a guided tour (in German) around the Fujifilm booth which includes an invitation to the inner sanctum. Free drinks, too, I guess. As you may also now, I'm offering a free Fuji X Secrets mini workshop right after the tour around the Fuji booth. The workshop starts at 2 PM and lasts till 4 PM. This offer was limited to 7 delegates, but since I have already received more than 7 registrations, I've decided to offer a second session of this workshop for another group of delegates. Session 2 begins at 4 PM and lasts till 5:30. This gives everybody sufficient time to make it to the city in order to join the official Fujifilm photokina photowalk that starts at 6 PM at the steps of the Cologne cathedral. Both sessions will be conducted in German and are open to everyone who owns a Fuji X camera. It's a short and free stunt, but it's still Fuji X Secrets, so don't expect a fluffy marketing or advertising presentation. Instead, we will cut right to the chase. As many of you know, I am going to Santa Barbara in July to write my X-T10 book and to update my X-T1 book with firmware 4. In the wake of this, there have been dozens of inquiries about doing a Fuji X Secrets workshop while I am there. With the kind help of my publisher Rocky Nook, I was able to secure a weekend to deliver such a workshop: On July 18 and 19, a select few of only eight delegates will be able to join me for an intensive 2-day class that will cover a lot of ground.
