  1. Is anyone having trouble with Lexar memory cards in their XT-1? I bought the Lexar Pro 2000x SDHC™/SDXC™ UHS-II card and several times it has interrupted my shooting saying something to the effect of "Camera Read Error." I have to turn my camera off then on to use it again. FYI: I selected this card based on this technical review: http://alikgriffin.com/best-fuji-x-t1-memory-cards-uhs-ii-speed-tests Thanks in advance for any advice.
  2. Hey there, any you folks use the Eye-Fi Mobi (and/or Mobi PRO) cards to wirelessly tether your X-T1 or X100T to your Macbook or iPad? And if you have, did you get the adapter (found here... http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B012DBYX4W?keywords=cf%20adapter&qid=1452189819&ref_=sr_1_5&sr=8-5 )? I'm looking into ditching my cables.
  3. Hi Andy, and welcome! Like you, I retired many of my Nikons when I discovered Fuji X cameras. I think you will enjoy this supportive forum. Many helpful folks out there if you get stuck, or if you just want to share. Cheers!
  4. Thanks Quincy and Johant -- very helpful information! I'm off to a running start.
  5. That did the trick Quincy, thanks! Can you also recommend a white balance setting for shooting with studio strobes? I have been using 'Shady' which works, but I'm accustomed to the lightning bolt setting available in other cameras. Thanks again for your help.
  6. Hello all, RAW doesn't seem to be an available option on my XT-1 while I'm in using full manual settings ('fine' & 'normal' are the only options avail to me). Here are my camera settings: White Balance: 'Shady' (why isn't there a 'flash' setting??); ISO: L (because I'm doing studio portraiture - working with strobes); Speed: 125; Mode: 'S' (single frame). I'm sure there's something simple I am missing here. Appreciate everyone's sage advice to make me a better photographer!
