Ok thanks. I think I will I didn't have much luck with my other camera but I forgot that the Fuji is a 1.5x crop sensor.

So to my question, can I take as.... Maurice - yes. aceflibble - no and sakini - no

If you had a chance to trade your XF56 F1.2 to the XF56 APD F1.2 for almost next to nothing..........would you? Why?

The rabbit must be in a daze! The flower shots turned out pretty good. Squid, onion rings and all... I saw a fotodiox adaptal 2 - X mount. I wonder if it's worth it...

I don't know why but people get offended about almost everything nowadays.......perhaps the truth hurts sometimes and yeah, it's always easier to make it someone else's problem rather than our own. IMO, the title and the pic is very powerful. Definitely thought provoking...whether it is acceptable or not depends on who and where you are.

If the x-pro 2 and x-t2 were both released tomorrow...

It's history repeating itself really. The X200 will be so close to LEICA that it will sell like hotcakes, win awards which will cause a tsunami of desire for and "X200" with interchangeable lens version, the X-PRO2. The X-Pro2 will be so awesome with it's FF like character, massive megapixels, beautiful OVF and OVF like EVF that the premium league will want one in their hobby/studio/off site use. Then comes the professionals/adventurers/landscape photographers who will want an "X-Pro2" with superior ruggedness, weather sealing, ev +13 dr and 13fps. Hence, comes the X-T2. The X-T2 will land on shores, win over hearts from even other brand camps, please all Fujifilm owners to no end refueling the debate between X-Pro2 vs. X-T2 which will cause another debate on X-Pro3 vs. X-T3. I'll take the X-Pro2........and the show must go on. :D -
That's precisely the point. Imagine if you bought a brand new high end phone. 18 months later mk2 comes out with a brand new firmware. Wouldn't you be happier if the manufacturer states that the firmware and all it's new features are available for mk1 too? ....it's just nice to have CC on an already excellent camera like the X-Pro1. That's what we're saying....

It looks good. How are the results? May I know what adapter you use to mount it?

I meant the WR. ...I was just taking a poke. I'm surprised that the bokeh of the 90 wasn't creamier than the APD.....in some ways disappointed. However, every review I read says otherwise.....

If your photography can be forma mentis, then I'd say you're really on the right track! You definitely have a very artistic way of looking at photography. Ol' skool and I've always liked photographers who can photograph that way.

I like the idea if a Fujifilm medium format revival on digital. They made one of the best affordable MF on film. My imagination is running a bit.....x-trans3, 40mpix.... great for studio and perhaps, dare I suggest landscape? After all, it is smaller than other MF cameras.....if the 6 x 9 is anything to go by.... probably priced below $4-5k. Tempting proposition....

At 90 (135) the focal length is a tad too long for what I normally shoot, which are usually somewhat crowded. Hard to get the required working distance for even a shoulder shot. The 56 (85) is more versatile in that sense. Bokeh wise, the 90 should be smoother than melting butter.

That's what I'm seeing too. I always love the 35 color IQ and the 56 does seem to be slightly more "muted" than the 35. However, when you nail it on the 56, it just hard to beat. Anyhow, I use the 35 more often due to it's focal lens and it is a beautiful lens.

This lens is absolutely gorgeous. This coming from someone who hardly shoots 16mm (24mm FF) or street. I'm saving up for it!

I would keep the 23 and try to acquire the 16 too. They are both great lenses for street as they present different perspective.
