In another photography forum I showed a photo of my old EOS 30D taking a shower after it had been thrown into the snow --> not very nice comments from the other forum members ... (the cam still worked, afterwards)
I just love cameras which look good even after being mistreated. Can't imagine what a plastic body would look if treated like the X70
I confess sometimes I use something like a vintage look filter on my mirrorless cam.
