  1. Just to add to the confusion, on the X100s, if I am using OVF and eye sensor is on, the menu shows on either the LCD or EVF, depending upon how I am holding the camera. That seems logical. Is that the behavior that has been changed in the X100T and the XPRO2?
  2. I must admit confusion, as I don't own the X100T. There was a comment made earlier about the XT-1 exhibiting the same behavior. As I am thinking about adding the XPro2 to the XT1 that I do own, could I get clarity on the issue? On the XT-1, the camera has four view modes, all of which show both the image and the menu in a logical, consistent way. Similarly, for the X100S, it has three view modes, and they all work the same way - image and menu show up consistently in the chosen view mode. How is the X100s and the XPro2 different?
  3. Hi everyone! Photography has been my creative outlet since Dad handed my a camera on a vacation in Yosemite. Yes, 35mm, film. Still remember taking pictures at Tioga pass. Even have some of those old negatives (including pictures of the first lunar landing, taken off a TV screen in South Lake Tahoe). After school, raising a family, and a successful career, my wife and I rediscovered photography a few years ago. Once the kids left, it became the perfect excuse for travel and sharing a common hobby. I love technology and the creative use of technology. Have tried many systems. Switched to Fuji just a few weeks ago. Love the color, love the quality, and love the simplicity of the camera/menus. Really lets me concentrate on the composition, subject and creativity. I'm no pro, but I do love going on walks and finding the beauty all around me. With six grandchildren, all living close by, there is plenty of subject matter. Yes, I am really looking forward to the promise of v4 - any AF improvement is welcome. Thanks for having this forum, and the friendly and helpful community it generates!
