  1. Hi Dan, I agree and I don't agree . Of course it is possible but it depends how much time I am willing to invest. For me my files from D810 or X-pro1 afford much less time to get a satisfying result than files of the a7r2 irrespective if converted in LR, C1 or Iridient. And I know some really good photographers who are much fitter in computer adjustments than me who assert the same.Anyway for me the best file would be the one I don't have to work on a lot because I prefer being in nature than on my computer but this is only my oppinion
  2. You are right but only if everything works together perfectly - great lens (there aren't many), sturdy tripod or short enough shutter speed and great knowledge in Photoshop because of not appealing colors ooc compared to Fuji. I sold my A7r2 because the really sharp pics (on pixel level) with great colors were outnumbered. I don't say A7r2 is a bad cam but probably I am not good enough to get the most out of it.
  3. sounds good. Do I also get the nice cap
  4. I nowhere read the size of EVF. As large as X-T1? Still curious how Fuji has solved the problem for farsighted persons who see perfect in distance but need reading glass for Evf. I need 0 correction for Ovf but +2 for Evf.
  5. As a farsighted guy I have to decide if I want a clear EVF or OVF. Both unfortunately isn´t possible. At least I don´t think so. On my X-Pro1 I have +2 thus I see the EVF but I can´t use OVF anymore. Would be the same as if you try seeing the horizon with a reading glass and 2 dioptr.
  6. Nor to me . My back already hurts - thinking on macro work near the ground. If there is no adjustable screen I hope for a perfect wifi solution thus I can use my iphone as a display for macro work.
  7. still no idea which sensor will be in there? Sony new or old. Did I overlook something or isn´t it still secure if we´ll get a conventional bayer design or a X-Trans sensor?
  8. yes, this would really be a nice christmas gift for me too. If you ever worked with a tiltable display you really miss it if it isn't there.
  9. I only grabbed the camera in a store and took a few pics but what I can definitively say this cam has the best viewfinder of all mirrorless cameras I ever tested - way better than my Sony A7r2 and better than Fuji Xt1 as well. If M43 is sufficient you have decide. If the high res mode from the Olympus E5m2 ever will be posssible handheld than m43 is for sure an interesting system - great lens selction, small and a dream for tele junkies
