Battery indicator inaccurate when using Booster Grip

And Fuji doesnt know! Only we know -
Its not rare. Mine - although xt2 - freezed dozen of times. Sent to warranty they said nothing wrong.

Yes - my fault. sorry. Mistake.
-
Yes. very simple. I upload 500 raf files and get 500 DNG. Thou it takes time. so I do it when I dont need my computer. On my machine (macbook pro 2,16ghz, with 8g ram) it takes approx 1hour for 100 rafs to be converted.

I stopped setching - its tireing to loook, compare - and a load of pictures still udeveloped is growing So for now: Irident X developer - change RAF to DNG and open them in Adobe Camera Raw, with all profiles etc - working nice. The difference in quality - made me buy this software (approx 35usd) without hesitation.

For me - it took a while to get used to new camera - As for years Ive been Nikon guy. I was frustrated to say the least. And still - sometimes i miss some things - while I enjoy others that Fuji give me. No perfect solution...

Battery indicator inaccurate when using Booster Grip
Torturro replied to Jboyer75's topic in Fuji X-T2 / Fuji X-T20
It hapenned to me plenty of times. No solution. Only work around - taking the tray out and back in. Bug. -
I cant agree. I was so addicted to Adobe CRaw - tahat I didnt see other options. In fact I stopped looking for them long time ago - at the time I was xt1 user. Now - very, very dissappointed with xt2 results I've seen at SOME of my pictures - I decided - No Adobe! Lets look at other options now. Im saying - that just by stating something like: one tool is not satisfactory for me: was very usefull for myself. Also - I heve not spoke about Lightroom raw developing tools if there are some(?). I always refere to CameraRaw - latest version.
-
I just experimented with Irident And ON1, jus because I was terrified of some results that Adobe CRaw gave me. Im in the middle of raw developing of 4k pictures. Im so tired of looking at worms and watercolours.... For Mac users - Id reccomend taking a close look at ON1 and for Windows - ad Irident x transformer (producing dng files) + using LR/PS as usuall. Also - both those platforms are not problems free - I must say - I find PShop Built in CameraRaw workflow very easy and efficient. Also - still no Fuji Colour Profiles in ON1 - but i hear some rumours they will add some in 2017.
-
There is e new beta version of Irident x developer - transforms raf files to dng - the best way for windows users I think (set all to defoult and sharpening to zero and convert to dng to be opened in PS or Lightroom. I'll wait for Mac version - and stick to PS .
-
Irident to me - gives very dull / blunt colours. How can we use Fuji profiles - with this combination of tools? Any other ideas of - lets say - how to bring Fuji Velvia look to an image processed with Irident? Also - irident workflow is...eeeeerrr......yyyyghhhh.....
-
My tip would be - stop using Adobe... Thay cannot provide good tools for Fuji users.

ON1 Released 2017.0.2 today- Nice X-Trans Improvements
Torturro replied to AZWolf's topic in RAW Conversion Fuji X Photos
Still - a bit behind Irident - in terms of details. Also - it's very slow on my 2013 macbook pro - with 8gb ram and no Fuji colour profiles - as far as I know. other than that - quite nice. Still not sure weather use it on regular basis, because of above. -
Amazing - that Adobe released profiles for XT2 that can do....... nothing.

Is it just me or the lowish light files are too noisy?
Torturro replied to synthesaur's topic in Fuji X-T2 / Fuji X-T20
Would it be possible to put those images togeather in PShop? is there a tool for this? I tried some time ago with night sky bot stars didnt match .. -
Just installed free trial of ON1 - it does a good job, not as good as Irident. No camera profiles after I left Adobe. Will have to learn - and look for my own profiles. Downside - although I have 8gb ram - the program works slowish.

Ok - so how to make a picture with running river being flat thanks to long time exposure - at dark? -

very very bad, again. -
I tried Irident - ant its great on results. But the work flow is terrible - and Im really missing those incredibile Adobe Camera Raw - spot tools - that can add/remove noise/exposure stc at chosen spots - like painting over the image instead of applying to whole image.

Torturro replied to synthesaur's topic in Fuji X-T2 / Fuji X-T20
Im not talking about noise. Im talking about some randomly scattered high signal red/blue big dots. I'd call it hot pixelss - except - I cant believe there is such amount of them - so these are probably not hot pixels. The noise is uniform pattern, regular. -
Any suggestions for Mac users? Im totally dissappointed with the results from Adobe Camera Raw latest version...

I know its a bitt off - but its related in my opinion: Here is 100% crop of my picture: river at night - somo palms against sky. 800 seconds, f8 ISO 200 Can someone tell me if one is getting such a horrible hot pixels or whatever it is? Those red blue dots - amount of those on my 6 months 9000 accutations XT2 is so horrible it is visible on my small monitor with picture filled in - and for sure will be visible at small size prints!
