  1. I tried doing the same thing earlier, I spoke to some tech guy at bh photo and he said no go. It needs the receiver for fuji which is not available yet.
  2. The c1-c7 settings I have are the ones that I used often. You should map them based on what you change a lot in the settings. fn1 = movie fn2 = iso fn3 = focus area fn4 = film simulation fn5 = flash mode fn6 = preview exp in manual mode fn7 = wifi
  3. If you are viewing the LCD before taking the photo and it is appearing black, you are looking at what the image would look like if you took the photo with the current setting. It does not account for the light contributed by the flash. To disable this feature go to the Setup menu page 1 and choose Screen Setup then set Preview exp in manual mode to OFF. If you are previewing the LCD after taking the photo, the manual setting you picked underexposes the image severely. Increase the ISO, use slower shutter speed, move the flash closer to the subject or increase the output of the flash.
  4. Check if the device listed in the camera has the same last 4 numbers on your android device. I encountered the same issue before then I saw my android phone changed the last 4 numbers. You just have to change the device from the list in the camera and pair it again.
  5. Open the wireless communication on X-T10. Open the wifi setting on your phone. Select the FUJIFILM-X-T10-**** from the list. Once it is says connected on the phone open the camera remote app. Tap on the Remote Control icon. It should start connecting with the camera. When it connected to the camera, the camera screen will ask you if the device is correct, just press the menu/ok button.
  6. Lightroom 5 does not recognize the raw files from X-T10. I have lightroom version 5.7 on windows 10 and it does not support the raf file. One work around I found online is to change the header on the raw file from X-T10 to X-T1. Lightroom 5.7 supports the raw files from X-T1. I use exiftool (http://www.sno.phy.queensu.ca/~phil/exiftool/) to change it and I created a batch file that I just double-click, it saves me from opening command prompt and typing the command as the tool does not have a gui. I copy the exe and bat files in the folder containing the raw files and double click the batch file. exiftool -Model="X-T1" *.RAF Will convert all of the raf files and create an original copy.
  7. I noticed that too, the color are washed after importing them. Then I played with the Camera Calibration and set the profile to Camera ASTIA/SOFT instead of the preselected Adobe Standard and magically the fuji colors came back.
  8. I do not know of any dslr that collapses the lens when it is turned off, I wanted to check if it is a fuji thing so I tried this with my x-t10 and 18-55 and it does not collapse the lens. Maybe it is a lens creep? What lens are you using?
  9. Update: All is well now, the camera behaves as intended after removing the battery. Probably a minor glitch.
  10. I noticed it turns the preview on when half pressing the shutter even though I set this setting off. Is this normal? I might be mistaken but I think firmware 1.0 keeps it off. I just recently bought an x-t10 switching from a d7000, still learning the features.
