It is a little rubber ring that goes in the slot. It keep the camera waterproof. I lost mine...call them and they will send you one. I got two in case I loose the one I put on. I used a little glue. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

I have good luck with battery life on my XPro-2. I was expecting it to really be bad after reading all the forums but no complaints here. And I shoot as a journalist and many assignments call for burst shooting. Sharon

Just contacted Fuji North America. In an email they offered to send me the piece free of charge with the serial number of the camera or the purchase receipt. Awesome. Sharon

YES I HAVE!! Lost mine a couple of weeks ago. They first told me that they would send me the ring but when I called back they said I needed to send it in. Big bummer Fuji...this is a two month old camera. Sharon

I have a complaint...the rubber ring on my eye cup fell off. Called Fuji and they sai that parts could send me the piece. They would call me. Never called so I called them and they reprimanded me and said that that is NOT something they would send me...I have to send it in for repair. Why did the first guy say it was not a problem to get me that part. So need to send the camera in for a flaw that should be fixed immediately. The forums have said many people have had this problem. My answer was to for now make my own eye cup with a rubber dowel and gaffer tape. It worked... Sharon
