Hello Warren, Did you get this issue fixed under warranty? I'm having a similar issue, and both Fujifilm and the camera store are unwilling to fix it under warranty, even though the camera is only 10 months old and has always been handled with great care. I strongly feel this is a design flaw in the way the on-off switch collar is attached to the body. I have used several Fujifilm X cameras and this is the first one to have such quality issues.

I love the processing features, but I'm getting severely disappointed with their ongoing lack of support for the X70. There has been update after update after update for 9.1 and the X70 just keeps getting ignored. What irks me most is that they can just reuse any of the other X-Trans II profiles; if you change the model in the EXIF info X-T1 for example, the images load fine.

Well, if you pre-set one of the custom white balance settings with flash and gray card once and use that as 'Flash WB', I think that's fairly close to what you want? Note that you don't need to recalibrate custom WB settings every time you select them, so it basically becomes a fixed preset until you set a new calibration.

If you're using your flash as main light source, you could use a gray card and the custom WB setting to set the correct white balance. If you're using it as fill flash, use gels to balance the output of your flash gun to the ambient light and set your camera for that.
