  7. If you're on Flickr you have to click the share button of the image you like to share. Than choose BBCode. Select a size and copy the link to this post box here.
  8. Obviously I started a new trend  Feel free to post your FUJI X LOVE here: http://www.fuji-x-forum.com/topic/415-fuji-x-love/
  9. and Voigtländer, Carl Zeiss, Rollei... M-mount was just invented by Leica but it was also used by other lens brands. But I think you're right that Canon wasn't one of these brands.
  10. Yes, X100s/t seems to be the best choice! I'm thinking about it too. I also think that the XF23/1.4 is too big for such an "always attached" lens! Aslo you have those Fuji converters. So you get this extra "creativity" in a very small space.
  11. Don't think so!!! From the beginning Fuji also added the option to set the right focal length of adapted lenses! So let them make it complete!
  12. Maybe also an option: The Voigtländer Ultron 21/1.8: http://voigtlaender.com/21-mm-f-1%2c8-ultron.html
  13. Sounds great. Can you post some samples? Maybe here too: http://www.fuji-x-forum.com/topic/306-best-m42-50ish-mm-lens/.
  14. MiMA is totally right. I think you will have problems to find such a lens. I think one of the fastest speed boosterable vintage 35mm lens is the Minolta 35/1.8 http://artaphot.ch/minolta-sr/objektive/149-minolta-35mm-f18. Also you can check some 35/1.8 M42 lenses here: http://m42lens.com/. You can speed boost M42 with a Minolta speed booster plus a Minolta to M42 adapter. But maybe the none vintage SLR Magic 23/1.7 is an option for you: http://www.thephoblographer.com/2013/05/01/review-slr-magic-23mm-f1-7-fujifilm-x-mount/#.VXLl-EYvtgA Or the similar Mitakon 24/1.7. ( If size and especially price doesn't matter you also could adapt Canon's or Nikon's 24/1.4. Or Canon's, Nikon's, Samyang's or Sigma's 35/1.4 with a speed booster. But these lenses aren't vintage neither. Also you can speed boost this lens http://www.zeiss.de/camera-lenses/de_de/camera_lenses/slr-lenses/distagont1435.html. )
  15. Some funny work FUJI X LOVE by Kwyjibo Van De Kamp
  16. It just should be optional. So you can choose by yourself if you use it or not. And by the way this should not cause any discussion here. I just wanted to share my wishes for an update!

  18. This open thread is about our beloved system!!! Feel free and be proud to post photos of this wonderful system (not only pictures taken with it). Pictures should include X-Cameras, X-lenses, other X gear, the Fuji X Shirt, adapted lenses... Also just details of these things like dials, aperture rings, grips... Also selfies which show your X camera e.g. in front of a mirror are allowed. For other things you love please use this interesting thread started by Harlem: http://www.fuji-x-forum.com/topic/369-things-we-love-open-thread/?do=findComment&comment=4074 So let me start to show you what I mean: FUJI X LOVE by Kwyjibo Van De Kamp Finally! by KwyjiboVanDeKamp Profession of love! by KwyjiboVanDeKamp the MACROmonster by KwyjiboVanDeKamp Hope you will love this thread like you love Fuji X!
  19. Interesting! But I just want to set it manually e.g. with the command dial. It is useless when old lenses are attached so why not give it this optional function?!
  20. In my opinion this thread more belongs to the topic "Adapting lenses to Fuji X" http://www.fuji-x-fo...nses-to-fuji-x/.

  24. According to my hopes that Fuji is reading this thread maybe we should give some wishes to an upcoming update. I would love to see that it's possible to set the current used aperture of (old/third party) "none connected" lenses. So it will be displayed in the EXIF data.
  25. I think I know what you mean. I just have the X-E2. But I think (without actually knowing it) the menus are similar. At the X-E2 you have two possibilities. First you can use the Quick menu and choose the settings you see below into the pics. But if you don't customise it equally within the shooting menu the settings you made in the Quick menu could be erased by accident. So do it as on the second part of my pics down below and make the settings also in the shooting menu. Maybe the Film Simulation ASTIA or even CHROME is also a bit flatter than the standard PROVIA. I hope it helped a little bit.
