  2. A quick google search resulted in a number of LED Ringlights in the <$40 range which look like they might work just fine on the X100t. I've used a ring light many times in my "analog days" with a Honeywell ring light (strobe) powered by a 'potato masher' style flash unit. Not ideal by any means. Had to bracket like hell because a calculated guide number at close range can change immensely with just an inch or two change in distance. Seems like an LED continuous light would be a joy to use. Please let us know what you come up with and how you use it. K1200lt
  3. I've recently purchased a X100t and have been exploring all of it's many functions in preparation for a trip from Budapest to Amsterdam next week on the Avalon Expression. This is our third river cruise and we are excited as hell to get going! We like the later in the season tours as there are fewer tourists, rates are a bit lower and the weather is cooler which gives us a chance to enjoy the towns at our leisure. I'm a retired wedding & portrait studio photographer who has lugged tons of gear all over the place. Now I'm down to my X100t and a Nikon P7700 for when I need a longer lens. The Nikon has served me very well for the past couple of years but I'm open to trying a new piece of gear every once in a while. The Fuji is outfitted with the thumb rest and soft release button. Some continuing complications of diabetes has given me neuropathy in my feet and now my hands... I can't really tell when my finger is on the release button so I'm hoping the soft release will help me. Attached is a photo taken at the Santa Barbara Farmers Market a couple of weeks ago with the X100t. The leaf peepers have had their fun in the Minnesota woods and now the weather has turned windy and cold. I'll post again soon, Kevin F Minnetonka, MN
