I'm occasionaly using Canon FD 55mm f/1.2 with X adapter to my X-T10. If you mean noise at low light in manual is appear only on the EVF, then the answer is yes. Even using proprietary XF lenses in manual will result coarse display in the EVF. However the result image is not affected. It remains the same low noise as usual.
