You can also do this using exif editors without having to worry about that extra byte in the body name. But hex editors are more fun!
(In general, is you do this make. sure the sensor and bsi type etc. etc. are the same so that the image editor can bring out the most in the file. You might want to change the information after you have imported it.)

mdm got a reaction from Jürgen Heger in New lens XF 50mm F1.0 R WR.
I've asked without irony or sarcasm, I've asked because Fujirumors is a kind of a "bible" for X-users, where we spend almost all our free time and this lens as well have been discussed for years and covered long before its anonsment.

mdm got a reaction from George_P in JPEG post options
What a nonsense. If you are familiar with the software it take just a couple of minutes to proceed any flat raw file with basic adjustments like exposure - WB - film sims - sharpening - levels - etc - ... not a second longer then you spend on your jpegs wich are not intended to be post processed at all (it was explained millions of times already). and yes if you still want to edit jpegs in C1 it can handle it like any other imaging format.
For me the most boring and time consuming part of PP is selecting those images that should be kept or deleted when you are back from photoshoot.
Cheers.

mdm reacted to yukosteel in Pergear 35mm F1.2 lens
Recently started to explore Pergear 35mm F1.2 lens on Fuji X. It's quite an interesting glass, and I'm going to discover more details about the internals soon by disassembling it.
For now here's the initial review article of Pergear 35mm F1.2 on Fuji X-E2s camera. I'll keep updating it with more pictures and discoveries.
