For a group that just bought an incredible camera (my opinion as an XPro2 owner) with massive improvements over the camera it replaces, there seems to be a high level of discontent. Well over half of the comments on the first page are critical. I'm not trolling and I'm not a fanboy but my experience has been completely different. What gives?

Serious issues are quite rare. I'm entertaining Fuji workshops that are pretty intense (they go over 2 days), so there's plenty of time to talk about any serious issues delegates may have with their cameras or lenses or workflow. While there is plenty to learn, there aren't many things that are seriously broken. If there were, my delegates would surely mention them.
Forums are cesspools of discontent. Instead, just go to a real-life meeting with actual Fuji users (I'm hosting one this Sunday here in Schwabach, as folks asked me to see and try the X-T2), and you'll feel a very different and constructive vibe.

Lots of people come to this forum because they have some kind of problem. Think most of the time it is user error, but some times it is a real issue. The same happens on other forums I do follow. So you tend to have a high problem to no problem ratio.
I really like my P2 and have no issues with it.

I'm happy with mine coming from the XP1.
Love my X100T also.
No Complaints, both are cameras I enjoy using.

I find this fact quite sad really. They are producing fantastic kit and should be praised, respected and feel good about what they do. Instead, it sounds like they are treading on eggshells worrying about how a large bunch of over demanding customers will react like. Some of them remind me of you spoilt brats that got everything they asked for from their parents and if they didn't get it, they'd scream and scream and scream until they were sick
